KLIMA-THERM GROUP 2019 SUMMARY

On 10 January 2020, an internal sales conference held by Klima-Therm Group, “Summary of 2019, Plans for 2020”, took place in Folwark Łochów. It was attended by the entire sales organisation and representatives of departments supporting the sales activities of the Group’s companies; nearly 170 people in total.

The yearly event was held under the motto “Yes, We Care!” this year. The conference was divided into two parts – the first one implemented a training and integration objective supported by a charity project in the area of CSR, in which the employees, while performing the tasks assigned, had an opportunity to donate an attractive cash prize to a selected non-profit foundation. The second part of the conference was devoted to the thorough discussion of the most essential sales indicators and presentation of the company’s business plans for the current year, 2020.
The conference, held in Łochów, culminated in the awards ceremony for prizes and distinctions for the best salespeople, who contributed in a special way to Klima-Therm Group developing as much as 29% of the revenue dynamics from domestic sales year-over-year. The KAISAI brand has doubled its revenue in the RAC/PAC/MULTI equipment segment.
The hosts of the Sales Department Conference, “Yes, We Care! – Summary of 2019, Plans for 2020” were former President of the Klima-Therm Group Board of Directors, Daniel Jaśkiewicz, and Andrzej Walendowicz, Vice President and Sales Director of the Klima-Therm and Klimor companies.

THE KAISAI RADIO CAMPAIGN HAS BEEN LAUNCHED!
