DX-Kit for AHU air handling units

KAISAI DX-Kit is a solution enabling the direct integration of VRF units with air handling units (AHUs) fitted with a freon cooler. Thanks to the use of an electronic expansion valve, the air-conditioning system supplies the AHU directly with refrigerant, ensuring efficient cooling and heating of the ventilation air.

This is a modern alternative to traditional chilled-water systems. Combining a VRF system with an AHU creates a single, integrated system responsible for both ventilation and air conditioning within the building, ensuring high energy efficiency and precise control of air parameters.

The DX-Kit is equipped with a complete automation system, an electronic EXV valve, temperature sensors and a controller, making its installation and commissioning quick and requiring no additional accessories. Control can be carried out via a wired controller, a 0–10 V signal or the Modbus protocol, allowing the solution to be easily integrated with building automation systems.

The system is ideal for office buildings, hotels, retail and industrial premises, and anywhere where simultaneous ventilation and air conditioning are required whilst maintaining high energy efficiency.
