KAISAI Multi-Split outdoor units – next-generation performance

The outdoor units of the KAISAI Multi-Split system combine advanced technology, energy efficiency and quiet operation. The units operate in four modes: cooling, heating, ventilation and automatic, which independently selects operating parameters based on the current room temperature.

At the heart of the system is DC Inverter technology, which precisely adjusts the compressor’s power output to current demand. As a result, the unit consumes exactly the amount of energy required at any given moment – without wastage or sudden fluctuations in operation – which translates into stability, lower bills and a longer service life for the unit.

The new KKO unit – even greater efficiency

Particularly noteworthy is the new generation of KKO outdoor units, which offer higher energy efficiency ratings compared to other models in the range. These improved operating parameters result in even better performance in both cooling and heating modes.

Importantly, in heating mode, most KKO units achieve energy class A++, ensuring high thermal comfort whilst reducing running costs. This solution is particularly beneficial during transitional periods and in buildings where air conditioning serves as the main source of heating.

Compact design – maximum capabilities, minimum space

When designing KAISAI outdoor units, the focus was on a modern and compact housing. As a result, the units take up less space on balconies, roofs or building façades, without detracting from the building’s aesthetics. Their compact dimensions also facilitate installation and any necessary integration of the unit into the building.

Flexibility of the Multi-Split system

The KAISAI Multi-Split system allows between 2 and 5 wall-mounted indoor units to be connected to a single outdoor unit. Each room can be controlled independently, and the outdoor unit automatically adjusts its operation to suit individual settings.

This solution guarantees complete freedom to regulate the temperature in different areas of the building, whilst maintaining high efficiency and energy savings.
