KAISAI at the ISH trade fair – report and a 3D walk-through

The ISH trade fair in Frankfurt am Main (13–17 March) was one of the most important international industry events of this year's first quarter. Read our brief report from this event and take a look at Klima-Therm Group's stand by joining a virtual 3D walk-through!

According to the organiser, this year's edition of ISH attracted over 2,000 exhibitors from as many as 154 countries and over 152,000 visitors. Poland was represented by almost 100 companies. Apart from these record-breaking statistics, this year's event will be remembered for the sheer number of air-to-water heat pumps on display. ATW solutions were the most frequently exhibited products by all the well-known producers and distributors – including those who previously were associated mostly with fossil fuel heating systems.

In Frankfurt, in line with the current trends, Klima-Therm Group focused on exhibiting products from the RES segment, namely air-to-water heat pumps by KAISAI in combination with PV modules and energy storage systems. Other products on display included solutions that use the R290 refrigerant, also in the air-conditioning segment. At the event, the R290 technology was emphasised by many suppliers as the most prospective solution in the context of the upcoming changes to the F-gas regulations. The Klima-Therm Group's stand also showcased a wide range of KAISAI air conditioners from the residential (RAC) and commercial (LCAC) categories, including brand-new products such as the wall-mounted units from the ICE Black/ White series (KLB/KLW) and console floor air conditioners (KFAU).

The second group of products exhibited at the ISH trade fair were the newest air handling units manufactured by Klimor in the compact BLAST version, which perfectly epitomise the idea of energy-efficient solutions dedicated to residential developments. BLAST recuperation units with counterflow heat recovery exchangers are the latest product developed by Klimor's R&D department. Two models from the series were exhibited at the Klima-Therm stand: the 360 m3/h BLAST recuperator and the BLAST 180 m3/h concept product – designed as a suspended unit that can operate in a horizontal/ceiling or vertical/wall-mounted position.

The ISH trade fair was another successful opportunity to showcase Klima-Therm products and the company abroad, and it resulted in numerous new business contacts. The company's regular presence at the largest trade fairs in Europe – apart from the ISH, also the MCE in Milan and the Chillventa trade fair in Nuremberg – is an important element of Klima-Therm Group's strategy aimed at a gradual expansion of its international distribution network of products manufactured under its own brands, such as KAISAI and Klimor.

In 2022, Klima-Therm Group recorded an incredible 54 per cent growth from its export activities, achieved on the basis of active sales of the Group's own brands. Today, KAISAI and Klimor systems are available in more than 40 markets across the world.
