Klima-Therm Group is pleased to present the latest edition of its flagship publication, the “Company Profile & Annual Report 2025”, which summarises the Group’s activities over the past year and presents its key priorities for the future. Published annually since 2009, the report provides an overview of the Group’s scale of operations, key business developments and sales results, as well as condensed consolidated financial statements.
In 2025, Klima-Therm Group continued to strengthen its market position and improve its business performance despite challenging conditions in the HVACR industry. The Group generated PLN 634 million in revenue, an increase of 8% year on year. Strong results were also recorded across key product categories. In volume terms, sales of Split and Multi Split air conditioners increased by 17%, VRF systems by 12%, and air handling units by as much as 19%.
The growing scale of international operations remained an important driver of the Group’s growth. International sales accounted for 47% of total revenue, while Klima-Therm Group products and solutions are now available in 41 markets worldwide. In the coming years, the company will focus on strengthening its presence in Europe - particularly in Scandinavia and the Balkans - as well as in North America and selected Latin American markets. KAISAI, Klima-Therm Group’s own brand, plays an important role in this strategy, with its position being consistently strengthened both in Poland and across international markets.
2025 was also a year of preparing the organisation for its next stage of growth. One of the key projects supporting this process is the new logistics and warehouse centre at Azymutalna Street in Gdańsk, which opened in 2026. The investment increases Klima-Therm Group’s logistics independence, improves product availability and customer service efficiency, and provides a strong base for further expansion in Poland and abroad.
“Our 2025 review is also a starting point for looking ahead to 2026, a special year for Klima-Therm as we celebrate our 30th anniversary. In this anniversary year, we are focused on further expanding international sales, strengthening our own brands, building strategic partnerships with global manufacturers and increasing the use of digital solutions in customer cooperation. Our new logistics hub in Gdańsk is one of the key elements of this next stage. It combines the international scale of our business with our roots in Gdańsk and our ambition for continued, responsible growth,” says Daniel Jaśkiewicz, President of the Management Board of Klima-Therm Group.
The “Company Profile & Annual Report 2025” presents the key results and developments of the past year, while also showing the scale of Klima-Therm Group’s operations and its strategic priorities for the years ahead.
